Tulungagung – Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah State Islamic University (UIN ONE) Tulungagung held Judicial activities for the Beginner Lecturer Competency Improvement Program (PKDP) Year 2026 on Monday, 13 July 2026, located in the Prajna Paramitha Building, UIN SATU Tulungagung. This activity was attended by as many as 314 participants who attended offline and online from various Islamic Religious Universities.

The judiciary event began with remarks from the Chairman of the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) UIN One Tulungagung. In his speech, The Chair of the LPM expressed his appreciation to all participants who had taken part in the entire series of PKDP activities 2026 with full commitment and dedication. On this occasion, the results of the year PKDP participants' graduation were also officially announced 2026.

The Head of LPM emphasized that PKDP is a strategic program in improving pedagogical competence, professional, social, and the personality of novice lecturers, so that it is hoped that it will be able to produce qualified teaching staff with integrity in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
The next activity was the official opening by the Chancellor of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. In his speech, The Rector congratulated all the participants who had successfully completed the PKDP program. He hopes that novice lecturers can implement the knowledge and experience gained while participating in PKDP in carrying out academic tasks at their respective universities..

“PKDP is not just a training program, but is an important foundation in building adaptive lecturer professionalism, innovative, and able to answer the challenges of higher education in the era of digital and global transformation," said the Chancellor in his speech.

As the peak activity, Certificates were handed over to PKDP participants 2026 as a form of appreciation for their success in completing all stages of the program. The certificate handover procession took place solemnly and became an important momentum for novice lecturers to continue to improve their competence and quality as professional educators.
