
The business process of the UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Rectorate is a series of activities and tasks carried out in an integrated manner, directed, and sustainable to support the achievement of the university's strategic goals, especially in the management and development of business units based on education and Islamic values. In its implementation, This process includes the planning function, coordination, supervision, as well as policy making aimed at creating professional business governance, accountable, and sustainable. As the highest leadership center in the university environment, The Rectorate has the responsibility to direct, conduct, and supervise all university business activities, both in the form of educational services, research result, as well as commercial products developed through various business units, like a business center, student cooperative, business incubator, and other business units.
Some of the main activities in the rectorate's business processes include the following:
- University Business Strategic Planning : Design short-term and long-term business programs and strategies that are tailored to the vision, mission, and direction of university development.
- Coordination and Supervision of Business Units : Carry out guidance and supervision of all business units so that they run according to the rules, effective, efficient, and able to provide optimal contributions to university income.
- Product Innovation and Business Development : Encouraging the creation of innovation through business incubation activities, applied research, and development of superior products that have economic value, both in the form of goods and services.
- Partnership and Strategic Cooperation : Building collaborative relationships with industry parties, government, and private institutions to expand the network, market, and business development opportunities.
- Monitoring and Evaluation of Business Performance : Carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of business unit performance, both from a financial aspect, operational, as well as the resulting social and academic impacts.
- Strengthening Business Governance and Regulations : Develop internal policies and standard operational procedures (SOP) to ensure business management runs according to the principles of good university governance.
Thus, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Rector's business processes are not only focused on efforts to generate additional sources of income for the university, but also directed at establishing an academic entrepreneurship ecosystem that reflects the value of integrity, professionalism, and sustainability. All of these activities were carried out as a form of support for institutional strengthening, improving the quality of educational services, as well as real contributions to community economic development.
