In accordance Chancellor's Decree Number 23 year 2024 about the Faculty and Postgraduate Quality Assurance Cluster. The faculty functions as an element of academic implementing at the faculty level and majors/study programs, Likewise, postgraduate is an academic implementer at the Postgraduate Program and Study Program. According to this function, The main task of the Faculty/Postgraduate is to carry out and develop the Tridharma of Higher Education activities, namely education and teaching, study, and dedication to the community. 1. Position
1.1 Faculty Quality Assurance Group (GPMF)
Faculty/Postgraduate Quality Assurance Group (GPM-F) is a Faculty/Postgraduate support unit responsible to the Dean/Director in terms of standard control and quality assurance for the Faculty/Postgraduate.
1.2. Study Program Quality Assurance Unit (UPMP)
Study Program Quality Assurance Unit (UPMP) is a supporting unit for the Department/study program and is responsible to the Dean through the head of the Department/study program in terms of standard control and quality assurance of the Study Program.
2. Principal Tasks
2.1 Faculty Quality Assurance Group (GPMF)
In performing his duties, referring to the Implementation Guidelines from the Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) University. Faculty/Postgraduate GPM on duty :
- Socializing the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPM) to the academic community at the faculty/graduate level.
- Facilitate the preparation of faculty/postgraduate quality documents
- Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of higher education in the faculty environment in the academic field.
- Carry out monitoring of the follow-up to the results of internal quality audits in the faculty environment.
- Carry out assistance in preparation for study program accreditation in the faculty environment.
- Coordinating with LPM.
2.2 Study Program Quality Assurance Unit (UPMP)
To carry out his duties, referring to the quality assurance system guidelines, who is on duty:
- Develop Internal Quality Assurance Standards for study programs in carrying out the duties and functions of providing academic education in each Study Program.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Carrying out monitoring and evaluation (monev) implementation of academic education at the study program level.
- Coordinate with Faculty/Postgraduate GPM.
3.Function
The description of the Quality Assurance function in the Faculty/Postgraduate Program is as follows :
3.1 Chief
- Carry out coordination with LPM.
- Carry out coordination, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of tasks carried out by the secretary and members of the GPMF.
- Responsible for carrying out the duties of the Faculty/Postgraduate GPMF reporting to the Dean/Director.
3.2 Secretary
- Assist the chairman of the Faculty/Postgraduate GPMF in planning, coordination, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of activities.
- Responsible for implementing administration related to Faculty/Postgraduate GPM.
- Responsible for planning, implementation and results of the routine meeting agenda, coordination meetings and activity evaluation meetings
- Prepare draft assignment implementation reports every semester
- Responsible to the Chair of the Faculty/Postgraduate GPM.
3.3 Member : Assist in the implementation of Faculty/Postgraduate GPM duties.
