PKDP 2025 Officially opened, Followed 283 Participants from 22 PTKIN and PTKIS

TULUNGAGUNG - Beginner Lecturer Competency Improvement Program (PKDP) Year 2025 officially opened on Monday, 21 July 2025 in the hall of the rector of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. A lot 283 Participants from 22 State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) and Private Islamic Religious College (PTKIS) present and ready to follow the series of activities that have been prepared.

  

The opening event began with an activity report submitted by the Chair of the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, Prof. Dr. Agus Zainul Fitri, M.Pd. In his report, he said that PKDP 2025 designed as part of a strategic effort to strengthen the competence of novice lecturers in the PTKIN and PTKIS environments under the coordination of Kopertais. This activity will take place in several stages, includes provision of pedagogical material, lecturer professionalism, to strengthening research capacity and scientific publications.

“We hope that all participants can participate in this activity optimally so that in the future they will be able to improve the quality of the learning process and educational services at their respective institutions,” said Prof. And.

The event continued with remarks and an official opening by the Chancellor of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, Prof. Dr. H. Abd. Aziz, M.Pd.I. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of PKDP as a strategic step in preparing young lecturers who are adaptive and competitive in the era of digital transformation of education.

“We hope that PKDP will not just be formal training, but also a space for collaboration, exchange of ideas, and strengthening professional capacity among novice lecturers,” said the Chancellor.

The opening activity closed with a prayer together and a photo session with all the participants, committee, and the leadership of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.
