UIN ONE Tulungagung – In order to strengthen integrated strategic planning and budget governance, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung (UIN ONE) roll out Strategic Plan Preparation Workshop (Renstra) Faculty/Postgraduate and Synchronization in Budget Planning (RAB) on 7 – 8 July 2025, Located in the TaskForce ISO team room .
This event presents the main resource person Prof. Dr. Sugeng Listyo Prabowo, M.Pd., an academic and strategic planning expert who provides an in-depth explanation of the importance of harmony between medium-term planning documents and the annual budgeting system.
This workshop was attended by faculty leaders, graduate director, heads of study programs, as well as planning teams from all work units within UIN SATU. In his speech, Head of LPM Prof. Dr. Agus Zaenul Fitri, M.Pd., said that this activity is part of a strategic effort to ensure that every program and activity in faculties and postgraduate studies is aligned with the university's vision and mission and supports key performance indicators (THAT) set by the Ministry of Religion.
“Synchronization between Strategic Plan and RAB is not just an administrative matter, but it concerns how we design the future of the institution in a visionary but realistic manner within an accountable financing framework,” said Prof. Agus in his presentation.
During the session, Participants are invited to review the draft strategic plan for each unit, as well as carrying out simulations on the preparation of measurable and targeted RABs in accordance with strategic priorities. Besides that, An interactive discussion was also held regarding the challenges of implementing superior programs, performance indicator mapping, and results-based budgeting techniques (performance-based budgeting).
It is hoped that this workshop activity will produce a structured Faculty and Postgraduate Strategic Plan document, visions, and applicable, as well as a budget design that is more in sync with the future development direction of the university.
