In order to improve the quality of reporting and assessing lecturer performance, Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) UIN SATU Tulungagung organizes activities FGD Assessment of Lecturer Performance Expense Reports (BKD) Odd Semester Academic Year 2025/2026 on Tuesday, 10 February 2026. This activity was attended by all BKD Assessors and related teams as part of efforts to strengthen the academic quality assurance system in the tertiary environment..
This FGD presents Prof. Imas Maesaroh, M.Lib., Ph.D. as the main resource person, which provides an in-depth explanation of the principles, standard, as well as good practices in assessing BKD reports, especially regarding the suitability of the implementation of the tridharma of higher education with applicable regulations.
The activity begins with report on the implementation of activities by the Chair of the LPM, who said that this FGD aims to equalize perceptions, increase lecturer understanding, as well as identifying obstacles that are often faced in preparing and assessing BKD reports. The Head of LPM also emphasized the importance of data accuracy and reporting consistency as a basis for assessing lecturer performance and improving institutional quality.

Furthermore, the activity was officially opened by Prof. Abad is familiarly known as Abah. In his speech, Abah expressed his appreciation to LPM and all participants who had actively participated in this activity. Abah emphasized that the BKD assessment is not merely an administrative activity, but rather a strategic instrument to ensure the implementation of the Tridharma runs optimally and with quality. Besides that, Abah hopes that through this FGD, lecturers will be able to better understand the BKD assessment mechanism and be able to prepare reports that are accountable and in accordance with established standards..

In the main session, Prof. Imas Maesaroh, M.Lib., Ph.D. explains material related to BKD assessment policies, common errors in reporting, as well as strategies for improving the quality of BKD documents. The discussion was interactive with various questions and input from participants, especially regarding the implementation of BKD and challenges at the study program and faculty level.

Through this FGD activity, It is hoped that a more comprehensive and uniform understanding of the BKD report assessment will be developed, so that it can support improving lecturer performance and strengthening the academic quality assurance system in the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2025/2026.
