Tulungagung, 27 Mei 2025 - Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) Islamic University of Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah State (UIN ONE) Tulungagung organizes activities Socialization of Beginner Lecturer Competency Program (PKDP) and lecturer certification (Serdos) Year 2025, Located at the Integrated Lab Lab Building 2 UIN ONE. This activity presents the main resource person, namely Muhammad Aziz Judge, S.H., which provides in -depth presentation of the latest policies and mechanisms for implementing PKDP and Serdos in the coming year.

The event was opened with a warm welcome from the Chairman of LPM UIN Satu, which emphasizes the importance of this activity as part of efforts to improve the quality and professionalism of lecturers in the campus environment. In his speech, He delivered, "This socialization is a strategic first step to ensure that lecturers understand the flow and requirements that must be met in the PKDP and Serdos 2025 programs."

Formally, This activity was opened by the Head of the Bureau (Kabiro) UIN One Tulungagung. In his speech, Kabiro expressed his appreciation for the implementation of this activity and emphasized the commitment of the institution in supporting the development of human resource capacity, especially lecturers. "Professionalism and competencies of lecturers are one of the keys in improving the quality of higher education. Therefore, programs such as PKDP and Serdos must be understood thoroughly and followed well,” he said.
In the main session, Muhammad Aziz Judge, S.H. explain in detail about policy changes, registration stage, to the challenges faced by lecturers in the certification process. He also invited participants to be proactive in preparing for, both in terms of administrative and performance portfolio.
The event was attended by 70 Lecturers from various faculties took place interactively, with a question and answer session that aroused the enthusiasm of the participants.
