Tulungagung, 13 February 2025 - In an effort to increase the implementation of past learning recognition (RPL), Islamic University of Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah State (UIN ONE) Tulungagung held a benchmarking activity to Brawijaya University (UB) Malang. This activity aims to study and adopt the best practice in the management of RPL to improve the quality of education in UIN one.
Group from UIN Satu consisting of the RPL Management Team of Quality Assurance Institution (LPM) Warmly welcomed by the University of Brawijaya. On this occasion, Tim Dala, explained that the implementation of the RPL in UB had been running well thanks to a structured system and strong policy support.

"We are very happy to be able to share experiences with UIN one. RPL is one of the strategic programs that allows students to get recognition of their learning experiences, both formal and non-formal,"Said the Director in Dala.
In addition to the presentation of the RPL system, This activity also includes interactive discussion sessions and direct visits to units that handle the learning recognition process in UB. Participants from UIN One gained a lot of new insights related to the assessment mechanism, evaluation criteria, as well as constraints and solutions in the implementation of RPL.

Curriculum loud, Dr. Syaiful Hadi, M.Pd., said that the results of this benchmarking will be an important reference in improving the RPL policy on their campus. "We hope that this cooperation can accelerate the implementation of better and more structured RPLs in UIN Satu,"He said.
With this benchmarking, It is hoped that UIN one can adapt the best systems from UB and improve the quality of academic services for students who want to get recognition of their learning experiences. Forward, Collaboration between the two institutions will continue to be strengthened to support the improvement of the quality of education in Indonesia.
