Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) State Islamic University (UIN) Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung held an important agenda in the form of an Internal Audit carried out by the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) on Monday, 25 November 2024. This activity aims to evaluate the governance and implementation of the LPM work program to ensure the achievement of quality standards set by the university.
Located in the LPM meeting room, Station Building Floor 1, Audit starts at 08.00 WIB. This activity was attended by the Chair of LPM Prof. Dr, Agus Zaenul Fitri, M.Pd. along with the LPM internal team and SPI Team Leader Dr. H. Ahmad Yunus, M.Pd.I. along with SPI members. This audit focused on several aspects, including the effectiveness of quality system implementation, document management, as well as the achievements of the work program during the current period.
The activity began with a speech from the Chair of the LPM, who said that this audit was part of LPM's commitment to improving service quality and performance. Then explain the technical implementation of the audit, includes document verification, discussion with the LPM team, as well as observations of the implementation of quality indicators.
In this audit, SPI pays special attention to the documentation aspect of the work program, implementation of key performance indicators (THAT), as well as the suitability of budget management with strategic planning.
This agenda is an important part of the internal quality evaluation cycle. “The audit results will help increase accountability and performance effectiveness, which ultimately supports the university's great vision," said the Chairman of LPM at the closing of the event.
With the spirit of cooperation between LPM and SPI, It is hoped that this audit will be able to have a positive impact on the sustainability of quality at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.
