Apply PPEPP Principles, LPM UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Holds Management Review Meeting (RTM)

Tulungagung, 11 December 2023 – Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) State Islamic University (UIN) Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung holds a meeting (RTM) with the aim of applying the principle of quality assurance education and management of quality assurance (PPEPP). This activity was attended by all units, study program, and leader of UIN Satu Tulungagung.

Quality assurance at UIN Satu Tulungagung is integrated as a common need for all organs or work units within the university environment. In a systemic approach, Quality assurance is designed to improve the quality of universities in a planned and sustainable manner. Collaboration and coordination across all university organs is the main key in carrying out the quality assurance stages which involve determination, implementation, evaluation, control, and raising standards.

RTM, attended by units, study program, and leader of UIN Satu Tulungagung, serve as a forum for coordinating quality assurance measures. Prof. Dr. Agus Zaenul Fitri, Chairperson of LPM, state, “Audit results, monitoring, and evaluation which is part of the quality evaluation stage carried out by LPM requires support and follow-up from related parties in order to reach the stage of quality control and improvement.”

The Management Review Meeting is an activity that cannot be separated from the series of quality assurance work at UIN Satu Tulungagung. Material in RTM includes the results of internal quality audits, lecturer performance assessment, academic services, library, Regional Personnel Agency reporting (BKD), implementation of Independent Work Study Internships (Mbkm), and study program accreditation.

RTM is a strategic forum to determine follow-up steps that need to be taken in efforts to control and improve quality at UIN Satu Tulungagung. Through this activity, LPM is committed to continuing to improve the implementation of RTM to strengthen the quality assurance system in the university environment.
