Head of the UIN Curriculum Center Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Directly Supervises the MBKM Curriculum Preparation Process

Tulungagung, 18 March 2021 – Head of UIN Curriculum Center Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung leads the activities of assisting the Merdeka Learning and Merdeka Campus -based curriculum. (Mbkm). This event was held in the floor hall 6 Arief Mustaqiem Building and attended by Deputy Dean I and Chair of the Study Program in UIN Satu Tulungagung Environment.

In his speech, Vice Chancellor II stated that the MBKM curriculum is a dynamic step to face the future era. The aim of this activity is so that every study program at UIN SATU can achieve superior accreditation, So improvements are needed in curriculum preparation.

Dr. Syaiful Hadi emphasized that this activity was UIN SATU's effort to adapt to global demands, including ensuring that students have a good connection between their field of study and the world of work and meet international standards. Therefore, The Head of the UIN SATU Curriculum Center provides assistance so that the preparation of the curriculum maintains the expected quality and students can benefit from it.

In the workshop session, The Head of the Curriculum Center presented several topics, including the concept of Outcome Based Education (OBE), program achievements and structured alignment, as well as program achievement-based curriculum and Study Learning Plans (RPS) which is based on program achievements. Participants are expected to be able to reflect on the concept of program achievement-based education, formulate graduate profiles, explains the program achievement-based curriculum, designing RPS, and identify systematic OBE-based curriculum improvements in each study program.

In this series of activities, Graduate Learning Outcomes will be prepared (CPL), Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK), and Semester Learning Outcomes (CPS) which will be an evaluation of the curriculum that has been created.
