Tulungagung – UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah (UIN ONE) Tulungagung through the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) organize Internal Quality Audit Week (AMI) Year 2026 which lasted for two weeks, starting date 16 until 27 July 2026. This activity is a routine university agenda in order to ensure the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) run effectively and sustainably in accordance with the PPEPP cycle (Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement).
The series of activities begins with Opening Meeting of the Year's Internal Quality Audit 2026 which was carried out on the date 16 July 2026 and attended by the LPM leadership, as well as internal quality auditors. In his speech, University leaders emphasized that the Internal Quality Audit is a strategic instrument to measure the level of achievement of quality standards while encouraging the creation of a sustainable quality culture within the UIN SATU Tulungagung environment..
Implementation of AMI Year 2026 involves 81 auditor mutu internal who is in charge of auditing 70 auditees in a university environment. The auditee includes: 51 study program, 5 faculty, 1 postgraduate, as well as various institutions, center, and other support units. Auditors carry out the audit process through document review, interview, field observation, and verification of evidence of achievement of established standards.
In his report, The Chairman of the Quality Assurance Institute said that Internal Quality Audit Week is an important momentum for all work units to carry out self-evaluation of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, institutional governance, as well as achieving performance indicators set by the university.
“Internal Quality Audit is not only assessment-oriented, but also as a means of coaching and mentoring for each unit to identify strengths, improvement opportunities, and formulate follow-up actions to improve quality on an ongoing basis,” said the Chairman of LPM.
For two weeks the audit was carried out, auditors carry out assessments of the implementation of educational standards, study, dedication to the community, student affairs, human Resources, governance, cooperation, means of communication, as well as various other supporting standards. Besides that, This activity also becomes a medium for identifying various good practices (best practices) which can be replicated by other units in order to improve the quality of the institution.
Internal Quality Audit Results Year 2026 It is hoped that it can produce comprehensive recommendations as a basis for preparing follow-up programs and making strategic university policies. AMI's findings and recommendations will also be an important part in supporting the achievement of superior accreditation, implementation of SPMI-based quality standards, as well as strengthening the quality culture within UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.
