Tulungagung, 27 October 2025 — Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah State Islamic University (UIN ONE) organize activities Opening Meeting Audit Stage 2 ISO certification 9001:2015 dan ISO 21001:2018 on Monday, 27 October 2025, located at Meeting Room Floor 2 Rectorate Building.
This activity was attended by staff university leadership, includes Top Management, to Dean, Postgraduate Director, Head of the institution, Head of UPT, as well as the Head of Division and Head of Subdivision in the UIN SATU environment. In the implementation of this audit, the agency presents two external auditors, that is Prof. Dr. Budiyono Saputro, M.Pd. And M. Rahardian Firmansyah, S.T., M.A.B.
The event begins with preamble by Head of Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) who expressed his appreciation for the cooperation of all work units in preparing documents and evidence of the implementation of the quality management system. The LPM Chair also emphasized the importance of the Audit Stage 2 as a final verification process to ensure that the implementation of the quality system at UIN SATU has run consistently according to ISO standards 9001 dan ISO 21001.
Furthermore, activity officially opened by the Chancellor of UIN SATU, who in his speech expressed the hope that this audit process would become a momentum to strengthen the quality culture and improve institutional governance that is oriented towards superior academic and non-academic services. The Chancellor also emphasized the university's commitment to continuing to develop an adaptive quality management system, transparent, and sustainable.
After the opening session, The activity continues with the agenda presentation of the audit plan by the external auditor, which includes a schedule, scope, and the work unit that will be the inspection sample. Audit Stage 2 This aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the quality management system and higher education management system that has been implemented by all work units within UIN SATU.
With the implementation of this Opening Meeting, It is hoped that the entire UIN SATU academic community will be increasingly motivated to support the success of the audit process and strengthen the quality culture towards an Islamic higher education institution that is superior and internationally competitive..
