Tulungagung, 15 June 2023 – A significant step in perfecting and fulfilling the Standard Operating Procedures document (SOP) has been achieved by the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung through the annual SOP Workshop 2023. This workshop aims to develop and perfect the SOP document required by all academic components of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah, in line with current developments in technology and information. With participation 80 participants from various units and institutions at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah, This activity lasts for 3 day, from 13 June to 15 June 2023, at the Crown Victoria Hotel Tulungagung.
This SOP workshop is a vehicle for participants to collaborate and prepare SOP documents that will become a reference for quality-based services in various units, institution, faculty, and postgraduate programs at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. After going through a discussion and consolidation process, This workshop succeeded in producing as many as 352 validated SOP documents.
Mrs. Dr. Ida Isnawati, as the chief organizer of the activity, expressed his pride in this achievement. “We are very satisfied and proud to have successfully validated this 352 SOP document at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This is an important step in ensuring that quality and consistent services are provided in all units and institutions on campus,” said Mrs. Dr. Ida Isnawati.
The SOP document validation process is carried out through collaboration between various parties involved in the workshop, including lecturers, administrative staff, and representatives from various units at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah. Through intensive discussion and in-depth evaluation, they succeeded in compiling SOP documents that met quality standards and practical needs in carrying out daily operations on campus.
Apart from being an operational reference, Validated SOP documents are also an important instrument in the accreditation and quality assurance process for institutions. By compiling a comprehensive and validated SOP document, UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung has a strong foundation to improve performance and services in the future.
“We hope that this validated SOP document can be a useful guide for the entire academic community of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in carrying out their duties efficiently and effectively,” added Mrs. Dr. Ida Isnawati.
The success of this SOP workshop confirms UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung's commitment to improving quality and professionalism in every aspect of academic and administrative activities.. With a structured and standardized SOP document, It is hoped that this campus will be increasingly able to maintain the quality of educational services and realize its vision and mission as a superior and quality educational institution.
